Section 176
The affected party should be understood
If it is seen that the rights of a third person other than the party of the case will be affected by the study of the documents attached to the case, or if such a person also appears to be related to the case, the court should also understand such person and give him a reasonable time and opportunity to express his views. On the basis of the evidence submitted, the case should be processed, heard and disposed of on the same date as the cause.
